Kristina Wilson-McGregor, daughter of founders Ann and Steve Wilson, now leads design for both our contemporary brand, by WILLA and the iconic Postie label.
Our Creative Director, Kristina, empowers our vast Australian network of Stylists, incredible women building successful businesses which, in turn support their families and communities. Stylists assist thousands of customers who come for the love of fashion, friendships and expert advice at in person and virtual Styling Sessions.
Every season, every year Postie & by WILLA take a sustainable stance by supporting locally made, eco-friendly fabrics and processes.
We prioritise the use of local manufacturing and renewable, recycled materials such as Organic Cotton, Bamboo, Recycled Polyester, Lyocell, EcoVero Rayon, Tencel and Wool.

Luxurious feeling EcoVero fabric comes from controlled growth wood pulp that is processed using fewer chemicals. This biodegradable products’ main feature is its ‘breathability’ that supports the body’s thermal regulation.
