This offer is available exclusively to Hosts who achieve Styling Session sales of $500 or more during the
promotional period from 1st–30th November 2024.
Offer Details:
Hosts may earn a bonus in addition to their regular Host Rewards based on the total sales of their Styling
Session:
$25 Bonus for sales between $500–$999.
$50 Bonus for sales of $1000 or more.
This bonus is awarded as Host Rewards to be used at the time of the Styling Session.
Bonus Limit:
Only one bonus may be awarded per Styling Session. The bonus amount is based on the total sales of a
Styling Session and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Non-Transferable:
This offer cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for other merchandise.
Changes and Cancellation:
Postie & by WILLA reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Thank you for purchasing your garments online from Postie & by WILLA – we take great pride in our reputation for the quality and fit of all our garments. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase but on the rare occasion there is something not quite right…….
We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange where goods are:
- Returned to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery.
- Returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached).
- Accompanied with proof of purchase.
- Similarly, should a manufacturing fault appear within 14 days having followed the correct care instructions you may choose to exchange or receive a refund.

To ensure you are eligible to return a garment, we recommend the following;
- Take care when trying on garments to avoid make-up rubbing off.
- To ensure marking on fabrics does not occur, avoid applying body moisturisers and deodorants before trying on.
Postage is payable by you when you return the garment to Postie. However, if the garment has a manufacturing fault or your delivery has a packing error, Postie will refund the postage to you, simply pop the postage receipt in with your return.

When returning goods to Postie, it is advised that you choose a traceable method (e.g. Express Post).
Returns and exchanges are processed within 1 – 3 business days of receipt. Please allow up to 7 days to receive your exchange or refund.
BUY ONE – GET ONE 50% OFF SECOND GARMENT PROMOTION
During Postie & by WILLA’s Buy One – Get One 50% off the second garment promotional periods, purchase 2 garments and the second garment of equal or lesser valued garment is discounted automatically at the checkout by 50%.
If you purchase 4 garments – 2 garments will be discounted and so on. If you purchase 3 garments – 1 garment of least value will be discounted.
If you attend a styling event during the promotional period your stylist will offer this discount.
25% OFF SALE PROMOTION
During Postie & by WILLA’s 25% off Site-wide promotion periods. You will receive a 25% discount on all garments in your cart, the discount will be applied automatically at the checkout.

CLEARANCE ITEMS
All clearance items may be returned for an exchange or refund, provided that the garment(s) meet the conditions for full-priced item returns.
SHIPPING
GENERAL
All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order on a business day. If an order is placed on a weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be dispatched within 2 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address so please ensure you have provided the correct details. Please note; we dispatch Monday to Friday excluding all national and Victorian public holidays.
Your order will be delivered by Australia Post E-parcel. If you are providing a business address for delivery, please specify the business name. In the case that no one is available to sign for the delivery, an attempted delivery card will be left. We require a signature on every delivery to ensure your product is safe – If you would like the item to be left at your premises please specify in the notes section of your checkout.
For Australia Post orders, the parcel will be redirected to your local post office for pick up. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail with all your tracking details and notifications.
PLEASE NOTE: DURING BUSY SALE PERIODS, PLEASE ALLOW AN EXTRA 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS TO BE DISPATCHED.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched by 1:30pm the day the order is placed – unless it is placed during the weekend or on a public holiday. Please note that shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
DELAYS
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered.

By creating a Postie account or subscribing to our email list, you are agreeing with our Privacy Policy and the following terms and conditions:
You are opting in to receive email, mail, SMS and telephone communications. To stop receiving communications from Postie and by WILLA simply unsubscribe when you receive a promotional email or you can change your options by logging into your customer account. Postie Fashions Pty Ltd. reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice.
Withdrawing Consent for Marketing Communications
If you wish to withdraw your consent for us to send you marketing communications, you can do this as follows:
withdraw consent for marketing emails – by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the email;
withdraw consent for marketing SMS – by following the steps provided in the SMS
Once we receive notification that you wish to withdraw your consent for receiving marketing communications, it may take up to five (5) business days for your withdrawal to be reflected in our systems. Please note you may still receive marketing communications during this period.
If you withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications through a specific communication mode (e.g. SMS) we may still contact you via other communication modes you have subscribed to (e.g. email).
Please note it is not possible to unsubscribe from non-promotional (transactional) communications relating to your online orders or the operation of your account.
CHARITY FUNDRAISERS
Charity Fundraising events are to be held for recognised charities only. The registered Charity will receive 10% of the total sales and will be made payable to the registered charity.
Under the new tax system, the Charity must supply the stylist with an ABN or a letter stating that the nominated charity is tax-exempt and to whom the funds should be sent, the stylist will forward this information to Postie Head Office. The funds will be paid once the invoice has been submitted to Head Office by the stylist.
